What you choose to share

When you email BHS, we receive your email address and the details you choose to send. If you arrive from the Design Lab or package finder, the email link can include your selected preferences in a draft. You can edit or remove these before sending. The website does not submit an inquiry automatically.

Please leave out passwords, payment-card details, and other sensitive information.

How we use inquiries

Inquiries go directly to bhswebsites.official@gmail.com. Our Gmail inbox and replies are handled by Google; your own email provider processes the messages you send. We use inquiries to respond, discuss a proposal, and keep track of project conversations. We do not enroll you in marketing lists or sell your inquiry details.

Hosting and other providers

This website serves static pages and assets. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, and access logs to operate and protect the service. The site uses email links rather than a contact-form processor and does not store new inquiries in a website inbox.

The site requests its DM Sans font from Google Fonts, which receives the browser’s font requests. We have not added advertising trackers or a visitor analytics tool to this portfolio.

Design Lab and demo choices

Design Lab saves your direction, accent, typography, theme, spacing, corners, and button style in this browser’s local storage so they can be restored on your next visit. Resetting replaces those choices with the defaults; clearing this site’s browser data removes them.

A copied design link includes your selected preferences in its URL. Anyone you share it with can see those choices. Fictional demo forms only update the page you are viewing; they do not submit a real booking or project request.

Keeping and correcting information

Inquiries remain in our email and project records until removed. To ask about the information you shared, correct it, or request deletion, email us from the address you used in your inquiry. We will review your request and explain any records that need to be retained for an active project or business obligation. External providers apply their own retention policies.
